Sit quietly (20 mins).
Imagine your highest self—confident, free, loved, thriving.
Feel it. Let it buzz in your body.
Speak it and See it: I am confident. I am abundant. I am love.
Repeat until your energy shifts.
Write the affirmations that came to mind. Say them daily.
Maintain the State:
When old thoughts creep in, label them “Small Self.” Then redirect:
“I am thriving. I create abundance. I am powerful.”Once a week, more if you have the time, repeat the Shift Practice.
Feeling like crap - find a song, your Big Self, anthem & listen to it. Create your Big Self energy. Play it daily.
Repeat your affirmations daily. Neurons that fire together wire together.
